Fees: Registration and US Agent Requirements for Non-US Food Facility
FDA requires food and beverage facilities located outside of the United States to designate a U.S. Agent for FDA communications. The U.S. Agent's responsibilities are different from those of an agent used for business purposes. Having Registrar Corp as your U.S. Agent prevents conflicts of interest that typically arise when importers or brokers serve as U.S. Agents. The fee for Registrar Corp to register your facility and serve as your U.S. Agent is US$ 690 for the first year. Each additional year is US$ 495.
As your U.S. Agent, Registrar Corp will:
Help determine whether a registration exclusion applies and, if not, we will register your facility with FDA within 24 hours of receipt of your information and serve as your U.S. Agent for FDA communications.
Issue Certificates of Registration to assure customers that you have a valid FDA Registration as well as prevent the accidental loss of your critical information.
Immediate multilingual support for urgent matters such as rapid registration, detention assistance, etc.
Registrar Corp assists businesses with U.S. FDA compliance.
