Registrar Corp offers a service providing both the California Safe Cosmetics Program and FDA's Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program compliance. Registrar Corp's pricing for this combined service is as follows:
One Cosmetic Filing:
$ 895 ($ 895 each)
A Block of 10 Cosmetic Filings:
$ 5,250 ($ 525 each)
A Block of 25 Cosmetic Filings:
$ 7,500 ($ 300 each)
A Block of 50 Cosmetic Filings:
$ 8,750 ($ 175 each)
A Block of 100 Cosmetic Filings:
$ 9,500 ($ 95 each)
Registrar Corp's combined California and FDA service will:
Determine which of your cosmetic ingredients must be reported to the State of California, and submit to the State of California those ingredients that must be reported.
Complete your firm's FDA registration and submit to FDA the necessary Cosmetic Product Ingredient Statement filings.
Issue Certificates documenting your required report filings and FDA submissions to confirm to your customers and suppliers that your products have been properly reported to the State of California and voluntarily submitted to FDA. In the event your ingredients are exempt from the California reporting requirement, Registrar Corp will provide a Certificate of Exclusion.
