The fee for a Certificate of Registration issued by Registrar Corp is US$ 89 per product (this includes processing, faxing, emailing an electronic version and mailing the original Certificate).
The Certificate helps assure your customers and suppliers that your establishment is properly listed with FDA.
Sending a copy of your Certificate along with each shipment may help to avoid errors and delays.
In the event your ingredients are exempt from the California reporting requirement, Registrar Corp will provide a Certificate of Exclusion.
